Three-panel example
Last Train · Page 1 (3 panels)
Panel 1
Art: Rain blows across an empty platform. Rae stands beside the timetable with a paper ticket in hand.
Caption: North Pier Station. 11:59 p.m.
Panel 2
Art: Close on Rae’s hand. The ticket trembles as a drop of rain slides off its corner.
SFX: RRRRUMBLE
Panel 3
Art: Rae stares up at a train hovering above the empty tracks, its doors open at platform level.
Dialogue — Rae: That explains the empty tracks.
Each panel gives the artist one moment to draw. The first establishes the setting, the second lets us hear the train, and the third reveals it.
